week 9

Printed Circuit Board UV (PCB) session. since the PCB is done,next step is to assemble our circuit.

WEEK 8

after a long waiting period,finally our booked transformer arrived.yeah!!now we gonna get on with our project

WEEK 7

yeah finally our complete circuit on the breadboard. We hope it'll function when we tested it.

WEEK 6

after consultation with MDM Naszariah, because of some component we had bought is different from the original value, we had make a few correction on our circuit and need to reconstruct. There's not much different for this circuit, just for our power supply, we connect the transformer directly and some of the components in the amplifier circuit is different in value from previous one.

WEEK 5

At our post before, we had mention that some of the components are not available. and for now, only transformer is still not available. we had start constructing a bit of our circuit and we hope that it will function smoothly. this is our third times to Jalan Pasar finding our component

WEEK 3

Three week had passed and we've took our FYP project up to one more level. Last tuesday, we had been to jalan pasar to buy the component. There's few things that is out of stock and some are not available. The component that are not available are :
Power Amplifier circuit:-

• 470pF 63V polystyrene or ceramic capacitor (50V available)
• 15pF 63V polystyrene or ceramic capacitor (50V available)
• 220nF 100V Polyester Capacitor (65V)

Power supply circuit:-

• 200V 8A Diode bridge
• 230V or 115V Primary,25+25V Secondary 120VA Mains transformer

 We are planning to buy it later on. Tomorrow we will have our third session with Mdm Naszariah to discuss about the unavailable components, either we can use those that available or somehow need to find exactly as original value.

Week 1&2

Week 1 had passed and so do week 2. Within these 2 weeks, we've had two briefings about FYP and two consultation period with our beloved advisor Mdm Naszariah Bt Mohd Nor. Mentioning about our lovely charming advisor, i'll tell you a little bit about her. She's currently a lecturer at UniKL BMI at the Medical Electronics section and had been a wonderful lecturer. Our project originally was OTL(Output Transformerless) headphone amplifier. During the first consultation with our advisor, she had detected some problems with our circuit and had recommended us to change the amplifier circuit, so as the result, we came up with power amplifier class B during the second consultation. Thanks a lot Mdm for you help:). Above are the schematic diagram of our circuit. Till here for now, catch us up later :)
